1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CyanTopia ("the Platform"), a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
CyanTopia is a marketplace platform that connects brands with content creators for collaboration opportunities. We provide tools for campaign management, messaging, analytics, and collaboration tracking.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not use another user's account without permission.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to: Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation. Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers, or networks. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: Users retain all ownership rights to content they upload. License to CyanTopia: By uploading content, you grant CyanTopia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. Our IP: All Platform code, designs, logos, and trademarks are the property of CyanTopia or its licensors.
6. Payments and Fees
CyanTopia may charge fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in a separate agreement or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' prior notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyanTopia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyanTopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the State of Wyoming.
